The Brooks PureGrit 6 continues with the PureGrit’s well known natural running sensation via a lower drop (around 4mm) but is still sensibly cushioned and comfortable. The 6th in the series now features an improved re-designed upper, keeping the well reviewed outsole/midsole to preserve that natural feel.
This new upper no longer features the kind of midfoot ‘strap’ that tightened via the middle lace and instead uses a simpler ‘3D rubber’ design. There’s more stretch, which adds comfort and increased durability.
As for the grippy outsole, a Ballistic Rock Shield and 3D Hex Lugs will ensure you feel confident on the rough stuff and through the mud.
