Hoka Mach 5 Mens Road Running Shoes Black/Castlerock

This is the men’s Hoka Mach 5, a road running shoe designed for faster running, training and racing compared with other Hoka running shoe styles. Hoka set out to combine performance and comfort with the Hoka Mach 5 by implementing the innovative PROFLY™ midsole designed to still feel soft, yet much more responsive and with high rebound.

The men’s Mach 5 finds a ‘balance’ of cushioning and responsiveness, plus adds the Early Stage MetaRocker that famously makes Hoka running shoes “feel fast” according to many Northern Runner customers. This construction simply encourages you to move through your normal gait quicker, keeping you moving forwards and attempts to reduce a heavy heel strike alongside a lower heel to forefoot drop.

The Mach 5 is great for everyday training for those more nimble runners, training for races and is still a brilliant option for race day, or perhaps used for training alongside a carbon plate running shoe.
