The Mach 5 would suit a range of runners. Regular everyday training would be fine for more experienced runners who are already light on their feet, plus newer runners could enjoy the Mach 5 for shorter, quicker runs. The Mach 5 would also be great alongside a carbon plate running shoe, which are not recommended for everyday training.
