This is the mens Hoka Mach Supersonic, Hoka’s latest lightweight road running shoe designed for race day and fast sessions. The midsole of the Mach Supersonic is the brand new PROFLY+, which has been designed to feel energetic and with fantastic rebound. The Supersonic weighs a tiny 235g, is a neutral running shoe and the cushioning is more responsive than other styles, as it’s designed for speed work.

The Mach Supersonic is a great alternative to a carbon plate running shoe, which if used too regularly can leave the runner somewhat dependent on these technologies or he or she is left feeling “slow” in regular, non-carbon plate running shoes.
