The Speedgoat 5 builds on all the features thousands of runners have come to enjoy from a Speedgoat, with its healthy level of cushioning, form-improving meta rocker and grip for varied and technical terrain. The meta rocker is a form-improving feature designed to keep you moving through your gait cycle, which in-store customers always describe as making the shoes “feel fast”. The Speedgoat 5 comes in a little lighter, features the respected Vibram Megagrip and fewer overlays with a touch more flexibility.

Hoka One One describe the womens Speedgoat 5 as: “A workhorse designed for technical trails, the Speedgoat returns as a new shoe from outsole to laces. This trail beast is updated with Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug for upgraded grip and braking power on loose soil. Weight reduction also comes from fewer overlays – helping us work towards a more sustainable construction.
